By accessing and using lorianycart.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our site.

1. PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All products sold by Loria NYC Art LLC are either made-to-order wearable art or original one-of-a-kind hand-painted works created by S. Loria. Natural variations in artwork placement, fabric texture, color tone, print finish, and construction are inherent to both the artistic and production processes and are not considered defects. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and display variations.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All wearable textile print items and select products are made-to-order and not pre-stocked. Production begins once your order is confirmed and may include precision all-over printing, knitting, expert cutting, detailed sewing, and refined finishing. Because each item is custom produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides and product details prior to purchase.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Loria NYC Art ships worldwide. Estimated total delivery times (production + shipping):

• United States: 5–15 business days
• Canada: 8–19 business days
• Europe: 5–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 9–22 business days
• Worldwide: 12–27 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, production time, seasonal demand, weather, or customs inspections. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Loria NYC Art LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after confirmed delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Original one-of-a-kind artworks are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation required upon delivery.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE

All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Exceptions apply only to:

• Verified manufacturing defects
• Documented transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery to info@lorianycart.com

Claims must include order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Original one-of-a-kind artworks are not replaceable under any circumstances; approved claims are handled through carrier insurance only.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices. Customs processing delays are outside our control. Refusal to pay duties may result in return or non-delivery of the package, for which we are not responsible.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, product concepts, visual compositions, text, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Loria NYC Art LLC and are protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission from Loria NYC Art LLC.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Loria NYC Art LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. PRIVACY

10. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
